This is a list of the health rules we apply to ensure that you have a very pleasant and very safe stay :

Many guests have asked about the health measures existing for their stay. Here are the details of these measures which comply with the health protocol of our national federation.

  • Vaccination pass/Covid certificate or a negative PCR test less than 48 hours old will be required for adults (+18) when they arrive at the campsite. If they do not present their vaccination pass/Covid certificate when they arrive at the campsite, access to the swimming pool, entertainment and day or evening activities will be refused.
  • Social distancing measures and health rules are indicated in the campsite on sign boards. Bring your masks and your own pens when having to complete any formalities.
  • Soap and hydroalcoholic gel are supplied in the communal areas.
  • The whole team has been trained on social distancing and cleaning and disinfection measures.

Our goal is to ensure that you have the best health and safety conditions whilst offering you a pleasant and friendly stay.

When you arrive

You will receive an email before your arrival asking you to fill in the information form and to pay for your stay 48 hours before your arrival

It is unnecessary to come to the reception in a group, one person per family is sufficient to register your arrival.

At reception, the staff member and you are protected by a sheet of plexiglass, and you will be asked to wear a mask.

The health pass (or negative test) will be checked by the receptionist when you arrive at the campsite. You will be handed a bracelet if your pass or negative test is valid. It indicates that your pass has been controlled and you are authorised to access the campsite’s swimming pool, activities, and entertainment during your stay.

However, if the vaccination pass is not valid and no test is presented when the guest arrives at the campsite, the guest will have access to his or her accommodation but access to the campsite’s swimming pool and entertainment will be refused.

Accommodation

Your accommodation is cleaned with EN 14476 virucide products.

The accommodation is aired before you arrive.

Air conditioning filters (in the accommodation concerned) contact points and keys are systematically disinfected.

Bed covers and pillow covers are changed between guests.

Showers and toilets

Showers and toilets are cleaned more frequently, using suitable products (virucide EN 14476).

It is recommended that you wear face masks during any waiting time.

If necessary, you will be asked to wait outside, for a cubicle or a wash basin to become free to respect the 1 m social distancing rule.

Activities

We favour open air activities close to nature. Activities are offered in small groups to respect social distancing recommendations.
Our team has rethought its programme of activities, which will be adapted or replaced. Amongst the essentials, you will still find the ‘pétanque’ competition, hiking, and the painting workshop. Evening entertainment has also been adapted with marked-out areas so families can sit together.

There will be no mini disco this year and communal rooms will be closed. The children’s and teens’ clubs will be replaced by open-air ‘family’ activities in the afternoon.

The swimming pool

The swimming pool will be open from 10 am to midday and from 2 pm to 7 pm. The number of swimmers and sun loungers will be limited. Hand washing facilities are available on entering the swimming pool area.

Beaches will be disinfected twice a day and water will be treated and filtered as normal in compliance with health rules. Our water is treated in accordance with health rules. Anyone wishing to sit on the beaches or sun loungers must have a towel.

Chlorine treatment kills the virus in water so you can swim in complete peace of mind.

Leisure equipment

All rental mountain bikes and bicycles are disinfected after each use.
Play areas are disinfected every day
Pétanque and ping-pong are not subject to special rules, apart from respecting social distancing.
Guests can use the picnic tables, but you are asked to limit the size of groups to a maximum of 10 people.

Dear Campers, dear guests

Please respect these rules as they will only be effective if everyone respects them. Together we can stop the virus.

We are doing our utmost to ensure that your holiday, which although it will be different, will be just as pleasant and relaxing.

See you soon for your well-earned holiday.

Sabine and Thierry
